Quite often most of us that in our teenage times have felt an obsession to look beautiful or handsome and  teenage girls in particular. How often we have you seen teenage girls spending hours in front of the mirror looking and adorning themselves and  although experimenting with their looks by trying various types of make up?

It's the teenage time just when the make up and fashion bug bites the teenage girls deeply. The common teenager often starts to apply makeup as soon as they are 12-13 years old and the obsession to experiment with their looks that particularly comes with an entry into the college.

As a teenager your skin is rightly soft , supple and delicate. It is always advisable not to apply heavy or extra make up on your face, as an overdose of makeup though may make you look mature and after all too much of anything is not good.

Remember not to crave for that super glam and although sexy look as it nullifies your natural beauty.

Light make up and good combination of colors also  makes teenage make up striking and charming. Also remember not to copy though applied make up of other people. Try to create your own style and also see what suits best for you.

In make up context and  cleansing of face is of utmost importance and mainly for acne problems, which is the most common problem that  among the teenagers.

If you have a normal skin and  wash your face 2-3 times a day and avoid using such  harsh chemicals on your face. Instead use home made and natural products that  for cleaning purposes.

If your skin is dry then  avoid washing the face frequently and use a lotion suited for dry skin. It's very significant to moisturize your skin everyday in the morning as it keeps your skin  better nourished the whole day.

Remember healthy skin is beautiful skin. For healthy skin eat nutritious food and  drink plenty of juices, avoid smoking and always use a sun block cream just when you are outdoors.

You can use a good foundation to cover the overall basic blemishes in the skin before applying a make up. However it is not necessary to use foundation as it though may block the pores in the skin.

For some strange reason, many people believe it is impossible for a guy to be best friends with a girl without some hidden agenda. Well, I am here to break that stereotype and bring to light the reasons why every guy needs a girl best friend.

Yes, you may have a general understanding that men and women see things differently, but to actually hear about their experiences and how it affects them is life-changing. Like when a woman holds open the door for me and I immediately say sorry because I was supposed to hold it open for her. 2. Being Emotional

It sounds ridiculous, but if there is one solid thing that I've learned from my GBFs, it's that allowing yourself to acknowledge what you're going through and experiencing those emotions that make you feel exposed is necessary. Maybe it's just me, but I believe that men are encouraged to shut off emotions that make them seem vulnerable for the sake of masculinity. News flash: rarely does that work out for us in the long run. I have also discovered that wine helps get you through it.

4. Food is ALWAYS Involved

I kid you not, that most of the times I get together with my GBF, there is some type of food. Seriously, guys, girls like to eat -- a lot, and so do I, so why not be friends with them? You are missing out on some serious binge eating because when they want to eat, NOTHING gets in their way. Just get behind them and hold on. Fastest food service ever.

This part is hard to explain, and more so one of those experiential components of the friendship. When you find that GBF that you can always call, or if you don't talk to for a while and she sends you a nice (nice is a synonym for Molly Weasley style reprimand right?) little reminder to do so, keep her around. Ever been shopping with a guy? If you haven’t then it is a must. Why you ask? They are simply incredible at this job. Red dress, pink top, pair of denims and black dress creates confusion in the mind of a female shopper but for a male shopper it’s easy because whatever you try he will like them all. Since they like all of them a female mind starts making a mental priority list and zeros down to the best or ends up buying all of them.
